Delete your Ditch account

Sign in and open Account → Delete account to initiate deletion. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

• Account access ends immediately.
• Personal workspaces and content are deleted after a 30-day reversal window.
• Encrypted backups age out within 90 days.
• Company workspace records remain controlled by the company.
• Required billing, tax, security, and audit records may be retained.
